Key West Tarpon Fishing Report

February 25th 2017 Tarpon fishing Report for Key West, Florida

Tarpon fishing report

Morgan with a nice beast of a tarpon in June. Fishing Key West with Capt. Steven Lamp

February 25th 2017 – I would like to say… “Boy, this winter has been hell” but I would be lying. So far we have not had a winter and the weather here in Key West has been nothing but perfect here so far in our February.

The tarpon fishing report has some good stuff in it. YES>> we have tarpon.. NO they are not easy. There are pockets of fish here and there and super spooky with all the 4+ million new fishing guides trying to get on them. With the weather like it is and the water temps in the mid 70s I see an amazing March ahead of us. No cold front in sight for at least 10 days of the forecast period. A little windy toward the latter part of next week but all in all its getting set up to be Tarpon Time!.

Our bookings for tarpon fishing are good but we have some holes in our schedule, especially in March. April and May are filling up fast. Give Us A Call.. We will get you out there to get your shot.
