The aroma from Old Town Bakery lingers blocks away! Everything at this bakery is homemade, from scratch and made fresh daily with REAL butter! And they do not reuse any goodies! OTB has an amazing assortment of hand-rolled croissants, danishes, cookies, brownies, homemade breads, soups, sandwiches and more! For breakfast they offer breakfast sandwiches served on their homemade brioche bread if you don’t want to choose from their plethora of baked goods. Make sure to try their sticky buns & lattes! This little gem is worth the stop and will even “boat wrap” your sandwiches for you. You can also call ahead to place your order, saving time!

Glazed – 420 – Eaton St. Tuesday-Sunday, 7am-3pm

Holy homemade donuts! Glazed is the best spot for an assortment of incredible, mind blowing, and downright delicious donuts! Made fresh daily along with daily specials! The glazed donut is a classic but they also feature a wide variety of others including the maple bacon bourbon, key lime pie, chocolate lovers, apple fritter, sticky knot & more! The recently started roasting their own coffee called “Red Buoy”. This is an experience to write home about!

Sandy’s Cafe – 1026 White St. 24 hours

This is a staple in Key West! If you’re looking for some delicious, quick, and simple Cuban food, here you go! A wide variety of breakfast sandwiches on cuban bread, breakfast platters, and a darn good Bucci (really strong Cuban coffee)! Sandy’s has something for the whole gang!

White Tarpon Deli – 700 Front St. 6am-10pm, 7 days a week

White Tarpon is a great spot to grab breakfast on the go for breakfast before your day of fishing! They offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches that give you a bang for your buck! The sunrise breakfast sandwich is served on their homemade focaccia bread! Great service, great atmosphere, and don’t forget after a long day fishing to stop back for the famous Key lime pie martini!

Cuban Coffee Queen – 248 Margaret St. 6:30am- 7pm / 5 Key Lime Sq. 7am-7pm

Cuban Coffee Queen offers two centrally located spots to make your breakfast and coffee excursion quick and efficient! They offer a wide variety of delicious breakfast sandwiches served on, you guessed it, Cuban bread! The Key Wester and an iced con leche pairs very nicely, and if you had a long night you can always get the hangover helper smoothie!

Kim’s Kuban – 2300 N Roosevelt Blvd. Mon-Fri 6am-5pm, Sat-Sun 6am-4pm

Breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, breakfast tacos, and even ham croquettes! Kim’s offers great food, good prices, and a convenient location to grab some grub before any charter! Kim’s Kuban also offers a variety of homemade baked goods and cafe con leche! The breakfast tacos will surely give you the “island” feel.

Goldman’s Deli – 2796 N Roosevelt Blvd. Mon-Sat 7am-4pm, Sun 7am-3pm

Boiled and baked homemade bagels, need I say more? Goldman’s Deli offers everything someone loves about their local bagel shop. They have a huge variety of bagels, cream cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, and corned beef hash of course! Call ahead and place your order because this place gets very busy!

Dolphin Deli – 5600 Maloney Ave. Mon-Sat 6am-4pm

A little hidden local gem that offers great food, great portions, and above all a great price! Conveniently located before you board any charter on Stock Island! This deli offers breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, and more. Make sure to get some homemade banana pudding to go and ask them to “boat wrap” your sandwiches!

El Mocho – 5708 Maloney Ave. Mon-Fri 6am-9pm, Sat 6am- 2pm

Another hidden locals gem located on Stock Island, great for grabbing a cheap yet delicious breakfast sandwich on Cuban bread along with a cafe con leche! They also offer breakfast platters that include pancakes, grits and more!
