As 2014 comes to a close I would like to take a minute and mention the things we are thankful for here at Dream Catcher Charters… As we go through our everyday lives here in the Florida Keys folks often ask us. Do you ever get tired of it? No we don’t. Every day myself and each of us here at Dream Catchers are thankful for being able to work and live right here in Gods own paradise and to the following we would like to say…. Thanks.

We Are Thankful For The People

We are thankful for the smiles on the faces of our anglers who earn a nice catch. The look on the face when an angler sees their first tarpon and says.. Is that mine? as the fish crawls out of the water trying to shake the hook. The kids who fish with us showing their dad the awesome catch they just made or the look of wonderment when they learn something they did not already know. We are thankful to be a part of the bonds being made right on our boats between sons and dads, families and friends, colleagues and associates every time we leave the dock. We are thankful for the relationships we forge along the way and the amazing experiences that will forever be etched on our anglers minds. We are thankful that people want to come here and fish with us, trusting us to make their day very special each and every time we leave the dock. The people and anglers that make it possible for us to do THIS… For a living. To allow us such a life we are eternally grateful and never will we take that for granted.

Key West is the most diverse fishery in the free world. We know it and are thankful every day. Thats why we practice catch and release where we can. Run our boats where we are making the least amount of impact. Teach our anglers everything we can about the world around them out there. Because we are thankful of our fishery.

Thanks for trying so hard to meet our bar. It makes the whole industry look better when we are all putting our best foot forward. Thanks for making us look so good with your negative marketing and misleading words. We think the world of you guys and want you there to keep pushing us to perfection.. There is no way for one man to do all of this. Dream Catchers is what it is today because of the men and women that are here each and every day making it better. From our outstanding customer service from our incredibly talented fishing guides that are always wanting to learn more, make things better and try and exceed past the level we were at yesterday.
